1. FC Montour Player Registration (Completed for tryouts)

2. League (NCP) Player Registration (must be completed and received by 6/15/19)

• Copy of birth certificate (new players only)

• Registration form (RG6 form available at 

  http://ncpsoccer.com/Downloads/downloadfolder/dwld_52717227_RG6.pdf

• Registration Fee-$115 made payable to FC Montour 

  (includes new full uniform-Jersey, shorts, socks)

• Player Photo taken from the shoulders up (Must be as close to 240x240 pixels in size as possible but cannot be larger)-
